Job Description
Website Administrator -Onsite We are seeking a Website Administrator to manage and optimize our WordPress/WooCommerce website and e-commerce platform. This role combines website administration, digital marketing, e-commerce operations, content management, and user experience optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically savvy, and passionate about creating a seamless online customer experience while driving website performance and conversions. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day website and e-commerce operations Create, update, and publish website content Maintain website functionality, security, backups, and updates Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with third-party developers Manage product data, pricing, and online merchandising Monitor website performance and user experience Optimize website content using SEO best practices Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion metrics Support online order processing and checkout workflows Assist with website enhancements and digital marketing initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing WordPress and WooCommerce websites Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and website administration Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and e-commerce best practices Familiarity with website security, integrations, and troubleshooting Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with Elementor Pro, CRM integrations, email marketing, or CRO is a plus Benefits Competitive compensation Stable and growing organization Collaborative team environment Opportunity to influence digital strategy and customer experience Career growth and professional development opportunities #PEG2
