Job Description A water testing company is looking for a Web Administrator to join their team as a direct hire resource. This individual will be a part of the Marketing Technology Group within the Marketing Department and is responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining web-based applications and the e-commerce platform to support business growth. This role partners closely with Marketing, Product, IT, and third party developers to deliver a seamless, secure, and engaging online experience that drives traffic, improves conversion rates, and supports revenue generation. Responsibilities include overseeing day to day website and e commerce operations, content management, system integrations, data accuracy, order processing, SEO/SEM, performance monitoring, and compliance with U.S. regulations. The role also focuses on analyzing user behavior, optimizing the customer experience, supporting online sales strategies, and contributing to e commerce planning and budgeting efforts. This position is targeting $70K annual salary. Required Skills & Experience 5 years of experience in a Web Administrator or in a similar role Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or PHP Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices Experience integrating third?party tools such as CRM, ERP, or marketing platforms Hands?on experience launching, scaling, or managing WooCommerce stores Bachelor's degree or relevant
