The ideal candidate will have experience administering web-based tools and integrations. The position will have the opportunity to help steer technological considerations to address pain points for the teams mentioned above. Job Location This position will be located at our corporate HQ in Atlanta, GA Job Responsibilities Support for B2B/B2C eCommerce Teams Administer BigCommerce and related eCommerce systems. Manage data loads, product/customer updates, and workflow errors. Partner with systems teams to resolve integration and data‑flow issues. Support for Marketing Teams Join vendor meetings to provide technical guidance and feasibility input. Support WordPress content publishing, formatting, and site management. Advise on accessibility, SEO, and content structure. Troubleshoot publishing issues and coordinate timely resolutions. Establish governance standards for workflows, taxonomies, and content quality. Web Application Administration Configure and maintain web applications supporting business workflows. Monitor integrations for accuracy, reliability, and data consistency. Support API, REST, and webhook‑driven integrations across key systems. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Serve as first‑line support for website issues and manage escalations. Maintain troubleshooting playbooks and root‑cause documentation. Site Performance, Optimization & Analytics Monitor site performance, Core Web Vitals, and analytics (GA4, etc.). Recommend optimizations for UX, SEO, and accessibility. Build and maintain dashboards for traffic, funnel, and engagement insights. Security, Compliance & Governance Ensure environments align with security best practices (e.g., OWASP). Implement or support RBAC and partner with identity‑management teams. Support IT controls, change management, and data governance processes. Vendor, Stakeholder & Cross‑Team Collaboration Work with IT, marketing, eCommerce, and content teams to meet business needs. Coordinate with vendors and hosting partners to maintain stable operations. Support technology evaluations, RFP activities, and vendor reviews. Maintenance, Documentation & Continuous Improvement Maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and configurations. Support release notes, testing, and communication planning. Identify opportunities for automation, governance improvements, and optimization. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field such as IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, Marketing Technology, and similar. 3+ years of hands‑on experience administering WordPress, eCommerce platforms (e.g., BigCommerce), or other web‑based applications. Experience supporting marketing and content‑publishing teams, including content formatting, accessibility considerations, and SEO‑aligned structure. Hands-on experience administering CIAM tools such as CIS/CIC Okta. Familiarity with managing integrations, data workflows, and web‑application configuration. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to document and communicate technical issues clearly. Working knowledge of APIs, REST/webhook integrations, and multi‑system data flows (eCommerce ↔ ERP ↔ CRM). Experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio) and site‑performance monitoring tools. Familiarity with web security fundamentals (e.g., OWASP Top 10), RBAC, and identity management solutions (Azure AD/Okta). Understanding of SEO tools, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and content‑governance best practices. Exposure to cloud hosting environments, CDNs, caching layers, or DNS management.
