None Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related technical field — or equivalent demonstrated experience 2+ years building and maintaining websites in a CMS environment (WordPress strongly preferred) Demonstrated experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Working knowledge of SQL and basic database concepts Experience using Git for version control in a team setting
You'll Achieve:
Reliable Web Presence:
Maintain CC web properties at target uptime, applying security patches and updates on a consistent, predictable cadence — so nothing falls through the cracks.
Performance Excellence:
Build and optimize pages that meet or exceed Core Web Vitals "Good" thresholds across all primary sites, delivering a smooth experience for every visiting family.
Accessible, Brand-Consistent Pages:
Ensure every published page passes
WCAG 2.2 AA
accessibility standards and reflects CC's brand guidelines with precision and consistency.
Steady Content Delivery:
Complete content and page requests within agreed SLA targets, working methodically through the editorial calendar alongside marketing and project management partners.
Airtight Backup Integrity:
Maintain verified backups for every production property and confirm restore procedures are tested on a defined cadence — because reliability starts with preparation.
Accurate Analytics Reporting:
Configure and maintain GA4 properties, produce traffic and conversion reports on schedule, and deliver clean, trustworthy dashboards to stakeholders.
Current, Complete Documentation:
Keep runbooks, deployment steps, and access procedures up to date so any team member can follow established processes with confidence.
Collaborative Implementation:
Partner with IT, marketing, communications, and design teammates to deliver pixel-faithful builds and UX improvements informed by analytics and real user feedback. Why You'll Excel in
