Website & Communications Administrator Association Services Company - 3.2 Hopkins, MN Job Details Part-time $25 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Web design Website management WordPress English Attention to detail Website design projects Marketing analytics Document management Full Job Description Website & Communications Administrator (Part-Time) Position Summary The Website & Communications Administrator is a part-time role responsible for managing the organization's website, digital platforms, marketing communications, and related administrative systems. This position supports content updates, internal and external communications, database coordination, and overall digital consistency to ensure accurate information and effective engagement with members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with the ability to balance creative marketing tasks and administrative responsibilities while supporting strong communication and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Website & Digital Content Management Manage and maintain the organization's website and member portal using WordPress (Divi), Novi AMS, or similar CMS platforms • Update and maintain website content (pages, announcements, resources, directories, forms, and files) to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues as needed Coordinate updates, enhancements, and vendor/technical support when necessary Database & System Administration Maintain member, company, and organizational records within Novi AMS and related systems Perform data cleanup, duplicate record management, and quality control audits Generate reports, custom fields, and dashboards as needed Support directory, committee, and group management functions Assist with annual dues processing and database updates Maintain synced email lists and system integrations (e.g., Constant Contact) Marketing & Communications Create and distribute marketing and communication materials across digital and print platforms Support newsletters, email campaigns, announcements, blogs, and promotional content Format, edit, and prepare documents for professional distribution Ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all communications Manage segmented communication lists for members, events, and programs Support email marketing using platforms such as Constant Contact Event & Technical Support Support event setup and management within Novi AMS or similar systems Assist with event communications, registrations, signage, and attendee materials Assist with exhibitor communications, badges, and virtual event coordination Analytics & Process Improvement Track and analyze website, email, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms Prepare reports and summaries to support decision-making Identify opportunities to improve engagement, efficiency, and communication workflows Support automation and process improvements using tools such as Zapier or similar systems Qualifications Associate's or 2 + years' experience in marketing, communications, database support or website management. Experience with WordPress and/or association management systems (Novi AMS experience preferred but not required) Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail Experience with desktop publishing and document design (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with SEO best practices Experience with database management and reporting Workflow automation tools (Zapier or similar) Association or membership organization experience
Work Environment & Compensation Position Type:
