Qualifications & Skills:

Current and valid state Registered Nurse license required BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required Ventilator management experience preferred

COVID-19

vaccination and boosters preferred Prior experience in a Telemetry setting is highly valued Strong assessment, planning, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, high-quality care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) Monitor patients in the Telemetry unit and respond promptly to changes in clinical condition or treatment response Coordinate and implement patient/family education and support in alignment with care plans Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with physicians regarding patient status, cardiac monitoring results, and diagnostic studies Oversee and guide ancillary nursing staff to ensure adherence to care standards Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times
