Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-Tele Job Type Contract Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Telemetry for a contract role supporting a dynamic care team in Ontario, CA. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care and demonstrate sound judgment in a fast-paced Telemetry unit. This opportunity focuses on utilizing clinical skills to monitor, assess, and respond to the unique needs of patients while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide the highest level of service.
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted state RN license Current BLS and ACLS certifications Experience in ventilator management preferred
COVID-19
vaccination and boosters preferred Solid knowledge of telemetry monitoring and evidence-based clinical practice Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
Use the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to ensure safe, effective care for all assigned patients Provide direct bedside care within scope of practice for the Telemetry unit Collaborate and communicate regularly with physicians regarding changes in patient condition, including cardiac monitoring data, symptoms, and critical results from diagnostic studies Deliver clear and compassionate education to patients and their families about ongoing care Supervise other nursing personnel and guide support staff to maintain best practices and high-quality standards Respond rapidly and accurately to patient condition changes and urgent situations to optimize outcomes This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your skills alongside a team of healthcare professionals passionate about delivering top-tier care.
