This temp-to-hire position supports a nonprofit healthcare organization focused on delivering home-based and outpatient services across Montana, promoting patient independence and high-quality care in the home setting.

Work Schedule:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST Fully remote position (Montana-based candidates preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims within a high-volume, metrics-driven environment Manage the complete billing lifecycle including charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and resolving denied or rejected claims Utilize CareTend software to support billing workflows, documentation, and reimbursement tracking Ensure compliance with payer requirements for infusion therapies, supplies, and related services Investigate and promptly resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement challenges Maintain effective communication with payers, patients, and internal teams to verify accurate and complete billing data

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in home infusion billing and claims processing Proficient in using CareTend for billing and reimbursement activities Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful care delivery while leveraging specialized billing skills in a remote setting.
