Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Positions are available for Speech-Language Pathologists specializing in telespeech and school-based services, supporting elementary-aged students. These contract roles offer a full-time schedule with a caseload of approximately 50 students, designed to deliver impactful speech therapy services within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students via both in-person and telespeech methods. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress to meet each student's communication goals. Collaborate with educators and families to support student success and facilitate communication skills development. Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school policies and therapeutic standards. Participate in supervision sessions if serving as a clinical fellow or mentor a clinical fellow as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Oregon. Experience or interest in telespeech therapy and working in school environments. Clinical fellows are encouraged to apply; formal supervision will be provided to support professional growth. Strong communication skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload.
