Bridgeport Join Our Team at The Peoples State Bank! Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? The Peoples State Bank is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Full-Time Teller to support our Bridgeport, IL location. The individual will also be required to float to other Lawrence County branches, as needed, those branches are Lawrenceville, Sumner, and St. Francisville. Saturday shifts will be part of your schedule on a rotating basis. As a Full-Time Teller, you will be the face of the bank, handling customer transactions, answering questions, identifying financial needs, and connecting customers to appropriate services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding service to customers in a professional, friendly manner Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions Respond to inquiries and resolve basic customer concerns Identify opportunities to refer products and services that meet customer needs Travel to and work from any of our Lawrence County branches as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred—but not required We are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

High School Diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Flexibility to work Saturdays and travel between branch locations

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma required Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking and customer service.
