Teller

About us Celco Community Credit Union is a community-chartered credit union located in the heart of southwest Virginia. Our goal is to meet all of our member's financial needs in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team of Tellers. The successful candidate for this position will have basic computer skills and a high level of attention to detail. He/She will need experience dealing with customers and will be detail-oriented and efficient in execution. Our Tellers must follow written policies and procedures and be able to work independently to complete tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities:

Work with customers who arrive in person. Carry out cash handling procedures. Help customers conduct transactions at our branch or by phone. Handle customer inquiries. Complete paperwork and other administrative tasks.
