Position Summary As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service while processing daily banking transactions and handling cash with precision. You'll build trust and rapport by assisting with basic account needs and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner.             • Welcome customers and accurately process routine teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing
            • Balance and reconcile cash drawer daily, ensuring precise transaction records in compliance with bank policies and audit standards
            • Verify customer identification, endorsements, and required documentation to ensure accuracy and support fraud prevention efforts
            • Adhere to all security procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements to safeguard customers and bank assets
            • Respond to customer questions and requests promptly and professionally, escalating concerns when appropriate
            • Support overall branch operations by assisting with vault responsibilities, night drop processing, and other operational duties as assigned Core Competencies

            • One year of prior banking experience; cash handling experience preferred

            • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
            • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
