Join Our Team as a Temp Physical Therapist - Long Term Care (LTC) (Days) in Ada, OK! We are seeking a passionate Temp - PT professional to provide expert rehabilitation services to patients in Ada, OK. Required Skills:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Proven experience in physical therapy, ideally in long-term or rehab care settings Strong knowledge of assessment techniques, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and wound care management Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members Ability to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Proficiency in documenting clinical activities accurately in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Knowledge of regulatory standards and adherence to professional conduct, ethics, and practice acts Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, or students Familiarity with assistive devices and DME procurement procedures Certification in wound care or specialized rehabilitation modalities Bilingual abilities or additional language skills to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Prior experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing facilities preferred Familiarity with APTA guidelines and state-specific practice regulations
