Work Schedule and Hours:

Monday- Friday with Rotating weekends.

POSITION DETAILS

Up to 13 week assignment with opportunity to convert to FT employee post agreement. The temp schedule is a Full-Time Rotating weekends

PAY:

up to $40/hr Three Rivers Behavioral Health Hospital is located in West Mifflin, PA. This brand new facility treats patients ages 55 and up. Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a 42-bed inpatient geriatric unit, and Adult 50 bed residential mental health facility. As a MSW at Three Rivers , you will play a vital role in providing our healthcare services to our patients. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant difference in their lives, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, contribute to treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage all clinical services, discharge planning, aftercare appointments, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Conduct regular documentation reviews to maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines. Providing guidance and support in patient monitoring and care delivery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement in clinical operations and patient outcomes. Ensure that all clinical systems are functioning effectively to support quality patient care. Experience Proven experience in a clinical management, preferably within a healthcare or psychiatric setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology. Demonstrated ability in supervising staff and managing diverse teams effectively. Experience with documentation review processes and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead discussions and present information clearly. A commitment to providing compassionate patient care while maintaining operational efficiency. Licensed Masters Degree in Social Work required. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about improving patient outcomes through effective leadership and clinical excellence.
