Monday-Friday 7:00 AM

• 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM
• 4:00 PM Overtime as needed Job Overview We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Support team member to assist our Customer Service department for approximately six months.

This role will focus primarily on dual entry of customer orders and supporting the Customer Service Specialist with daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities Perform accurate dual entry of customer orders Assist the Customer Service Specialist with order processing and data entry Maintain accuracy and organization while working on multiple computer systems Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service department as needed Review information provided in RFQs (request for quote) and enter part numbers/information into the ERP system. Review and process purchase orders and ensure all required information is included. If any information is missing, work with internal departments and/or customers to obtain missing information. Perform data entry tasks in new and old ERP systems Perform other duties as assigned.
