WHAT
YOU'LL DO
Our Revenue Management team delivers strategy and actionable insights to optimize revenue and drive profitable growth for the company and customers through data and analytics. This 12 to 16 week temporary role is all about hustle, precision, and helping our most exciting new products get into the hands of customers—fast. Onsite at our Preston, WA office 5 days a week for 3 to 4 months during the summer.
Ideal start date:
June 8, 2026. While we strive to offer flexibility, this role also requires it. There may be times when you're expected to come onsite outside your typical in-office days to support special projects, team events, or other business needs.

Note :
New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market. Print, pack, and label samples of our latest products with care and efficiency. Ship with purpose—manage FedEx and other shipping logistics to ensure samples arrive on time and in perfect condition. Coordinate across teams—work closely with Sales Planning, Sales Leadership, KAMs, Logistics, Admin, and Warehouse teams to keep everything moving. Track progress and inventory to ensure no sample goes missing and every request is fulfilled accurately. Stay organized under pressure—you'll be juggling multiple requests and tight timelines. Solve small snags quickly—because shipping never sleeps. Pitch in where needed—this role is about teamwork and agility. Keep communication flowing between the office and warehouse. Represent the brand—ensure everything you pack is on-brand, professional, and customer-ready. Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, advising your immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues. Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for this role. 1+ years of experience in shipping, fulfillment, or administrative coordination. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs., and push/pull up to 100 lbs. regularly Experience working with FedEx, UPS, or other shipping systems a plus. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility to work onsite at our Preston, WA office 5 days a week. A can-do attitude, and willingness to move quickly and pitch in wherever needed. This role is safety-sensitive. This means that you'll be regularly responsible for your own safety and/or the safety of others (e.g., driving on behalf of the company, working in a warehouse or plant environment). WHAT WE OFFER

Depending on the state in which you reside, additional time may also be available for parents who do not require medical leave. Flexibility Stipend. For eligible Rain Makers, spend this extra monthly stipend as you wish, but know it's intended to contribute to things like your phone, internet or other business uses while working remotely or needs outside of normal working hours.
