Position Overview The Temporary Office Worker provides short‑term administrative and clerical support to assigned departments. This role assists with day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies. The position is temporary in nature and intended to support workload fluctuations, projects, or employee absences. Responsibilities Administrative & Clerical Support Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and document management. Answer phones, respond to emails, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel. Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with basic correspondence. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required. Office Operations Support Assist with preparation of reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents. Support ordering and organization of office supplies. Greet visitors and provide basic assistance as needed. Support special projects and miscellaneous administrative tasks. Communication & Collaboration Work collaboratively with team members and department staff. Communicate task status, issues, or questions to the assigned supervisor. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling company information.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace or similar tools). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Prior administrative or office support experience. Experience with data entry or document control. Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, phones). Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Clear written and verbal communication. Dependability and professionalism. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced office environment. Customer‑service mindset.Education:
Highschool diploma or equivalent. This position is based on site at our facilities in Cudahy, Wisconsin. It is a manufacturing company, and this position will work with a diverse population in both office and production settings. The position may require the use of personal protective equipment (eye protection, hearing protection and steel toe shoes provided by the company).
