Job Description

Are you an experienced Orthodontist looking for a flexible, well-supported opportunity where you can focus on patient care and clinical excellence? We are seeking a Temporary Orthodontist to help us as we search for our permanent provider in a well-established, busy orthodontic practice. This opportunity will start July 13 - September 18th ( possibly longer ) at 3 days per week: Monday & Tuesday 9-5 Friday 9-3 What We Offer $2000-$2,200 per day (depending on experience) Established patient base with active aligner and fixed orthodontic cases Support from 1-2 experienced Dental Assistants Modern technology including: Cloud 9 Software Organized systems and a collaborative team environment Duties Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients. Perform orthodontic procedures including bracket placement, adjustments, and removal with precision and care. Collaborate closely with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on orthodontic procedures, oral hygiene practices, and post-treatment care to foster understanding and cooperation. Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and safety standards during all clinical procedures. Requirements Valid state dental license with specialty certification in orthodontics. Proven experience in orthodontics within a dental clinic or office setting. Proficiency in dental terminology, medical documentation, and medical imaging techniques. Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to orthodontic treatment planning.
Pay:
$2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per day
