QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree Professional Educator License with proper endorsements ESL endorsement preferred Bilingual in Spanish, required Proficient with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed Demonstrated aptitude as a self-starter who works with minimal supervision Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills Effective communication, human relations, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills Strong orientation toward providing customer service Strong work ethic Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work positively and productively with adults and high school-age students

SALARY/RATE

Annual salary range of $38,000 - $49,000, based on relevant experience and level of education per Appendix A of the Licensed Salary Schedule in the District 108 Negotiated Agreement .
