Tennis Club Front Desk Associate (Part-Time Evenings) Wimbledon TennisPickleball Club | Norwood, MA Part-Time | Year-Round Position Looking for a fun, social, fast-paced job where you get to interact with people all shift long? Wimbledon TennisPickleball Club is hiring a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our club during busy evening hours. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, staying busy, and being part of an active, team-oriented environment. Perfect for candidates with experience in hospitality, retail, fitness clubs, restaurants, customer service, or front desk operations.

ScheduleCompensation:

Approximately 27-30 hours per week Evening shifts: Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays Year-round position Competitive hourly pay based on experience

What You'll Do:

Greet members and guests as they arrive Check players in for courts, clinics, and lessons Help with scheduling, reservations, and registrations Answer phones and assist members with questions Process simple payments and front desk transactions Keep the front desk organized, professional, and running smoothly Help create a welcoming and positive club atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Comfortable interacting with members and guests Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Positive, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new systems No tennis experience required - we fully train the right candidate.
