Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Tennis Coach to inspire players of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will deliver dynamic tennis lessons, foster a positive learning environment, and promote the sport within the community. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help ignite a love for tennis while ensuring safety and skill development for every participant. Duties Lead engaging tennis lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels Develop personalized training plans to help players improve their technique and strategy Create a fun, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and sportsmanship Monitor players' progress and provide constructive feedback for continual growth Ensure all safety protocols are followed during lessons and activities Assist in organizing community tennis events, clinics, or tournaments Maintain equipment and ensure courts are safe, clean, and well-prepared for sessions Requirements Proven experience in sports coaching, teaching, or similar roles with a focus on tennis preferred Strong background in physical education, sports coaching, or related disciplines Experience working with children or youth in recreational or educational settings Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster positive learning environments Ability to motivate participants and adapt coaching methods to diverse needs Join us to inspire players through energetic coaching while making a meaningful impact on your community!
