As a Tent Installer, you will help deliver, set up, secure, and break down tents and event rental equipment for schools, festivals, graduations, weddings, corporate events, and community celebrations. This is a fast paced, hands on position that requires teamwork, professionalism, and strong work ethic. What You'll Do Deliver party rental equipment including tents, tables, chairs, inflatables, games, and event equipment Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently Set up and break down tents at customer locations Secure tents using stakes, weights, and safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers on site Maintain a positive, respectful attitude at all times Help clean, organize, and prepare equipment between events Work scheduled weekday and weekend shifts as needed Assist other departments during large scale events when needed Previous Experience Preferred Previous experience in any of the following is strongly preferred: Tent installation Event rental setup and breakdown Construction or general labor Warehouse operations Moving companies or delivery work Outdoor event production Landscaping or physically demanding outdoor work Driving box trucks or trailers Candidates with prior tent installation experience, crew leadership experience, or event operations experience may qualify for higher starting pay. Physical & Practical Requirements Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly (team lifting encouraged) Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to stay active and on your feet for long periods Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse Valid driver's license required for driver positions Strong reliability and punctuality are non negotiable This Job Is a
