Tent Installer / Driver / Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Driver, Tent Installer, and or Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our warehouse and delivery field operations, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery. This position requires physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols. We also set up the equipment at various locations. The foreman must be able to communicate, teach, and guide a team of installers while on the jobsite. As well as providing great customer service and a great experience for our clients. Duties Operate warehouse equipment including order pickers to efficiently load and unload products. Accurately pick orders based on customer specifications and prepare them for delivery. Maintain an organized warehouse environment by ensuring all items are stored correctly and safely. Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory levels and assist in stock management. Perform regular equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. Assist with building pallets and preparing shipments for delivery, ensuring all items are secure for transport. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals while maintaining high standards of quality. Setup equipment at each location provided by the client Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Good Driving Record and follow safe practices on the road Ability to Drive a Box Truck Strong mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly with warehouse equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50 pounds). Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Positive attitude Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times. Comply with all D.O.T. regulations.
