Job Description
The Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Suns branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing the business opportunities in targeted HCP offices and institutions that specialize in our therapeutic areas.
The Territory Manager will be required to demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include coordination with the HQ Commercial team and field based support teams to effectively drive acceptance of promoted products within the designated geography.
This individual should behighly motivated and highly professional, capable of buildingtrust with their matrix team,and compliantin all their activities.
They should beproficientatselling and presenting scientific subject matter in a clear and understandablemanner. Required:
+ Bachelor Degree + 3+ years pharmaceutical and/ormedicalsalesexperienceor equivalent + Strong communicationskills andbusinessacumen + Ability to collaborate,adaptand deliver results + Analytical skills and the ability to effectivelyutilizetechnology + Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight travel, majority of time will be spent in market + Valid drivers licensePreferred:
+ Dermatology & Immunology sales experience + Experienceselling productsin a complexMarket Access environment + Experience promoting high-science products + Product launch experience + Experience selling in a highly competitive environmentPERSONAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY
+ Reports directly to theRegionalSales Manager + Responsible for the understanding andleveragingCRM,salesdata,andreports + Responsiblefortimelycall reporting and expense reporting + Responsible for managingpromotionalbudgets within their territory + Responsiblefor meeting monthly,quarterlyandannualsales goalsINTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS
Interacts at multiple levels inside and outside the company. Tact, diplomacy, anda high levelof professionalism are essential. The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $104k to $ 140k. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of IC Commission Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
