As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be the key driver of growth within your designated region, building strong relationships with customers and partners while delivering exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales initiatives, develop strategic routes, and maximize revenue through innovative selling techniques. Your energy, organizational skills, and passion for customer success will propel you to achieve outstanding results in a fast-paced environment. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies within your assigned territory to meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Conduct route driving to visit customers, providing estimates, and ensure optimal merchandising standards. Utilize strong communication skills to present product offerings, negotiate pricing, and upsell additional services or items. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, route logs, pricing adjustments, and customer interactions to support organizational goals. Skills Proven experience in sales with a focus on route driving and customer engagement. Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities. Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship building. Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely while adhering to all driving regulations; valid driver's license required. Exceptional organizational skills for route planning. Manage communication through project completion Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
