Position Overview We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Area Executive to oversee merchant acquisition and campus expansion within a designated territory. This is a leadership-level growth role responsible for: Signing local merchants to paid advertising packages Building relationships with business owners Partnering with colleges and recruiting students Developing student leaders who represent The Movement on campus This role is ideal for someone who thrives in business development, enjoys working with young professionals, and wants income tied directly to performance. Key ResponsibilitiesMerchant Growth & Advertising Sales Prospect and sign local merchants for paid advertising placements Present advertising solutions that drive measurable results Maintain ongoing relationships with merchant partners Develop local market penetration strategies Campus Recruitment & Development Build relationships with college organizations and student groups Recruit motivated college students to join The Movement Host informational sessions and campus interest meetings Mentor student leaders and team representatives Territory Leadership Manage local brand presence Drive revenue growth in your area Identify expansion opportunities Build a sustainable local network of merchants and students Qualifications Strong communication and presentation skills Sales, business development, or recruiting experience preferred Comfortable networking in both business and campus environments Entrepreneurial mindset Self-driven and goal-oriented Leadership capability and professional presence College degree preferred but not required. Experience working with college students is a plus.
