Job Description
Job Description Overview We are seeking a Vehicle Technology Test Specialist to support the testing and validation of innovative vehicle-based technology solutions. This role is responsible for operating test vehicles, evaluating product performance in real-world environments, documenting observations, and providing feedback to engineering teams throughout the development process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable spending significant time behind the wheel while monitoring and assessing technology performance. Responsibilities Drive test vehicles along designated routes and testing scenarios. Evaluate the performance of technology systems installed in or on vehicles. Identify, document, and report product issues, anomalies, and unexpected behavior. Record detailed observations using testing tools, software, and written reports. Partner with engineering and product teams to support troubleshooting and product improvements. Follow defined test procedures and safety protocols. Conduct basic vehicle and equipment inspections before and after testing. Background as a Test Driver, Vehicle Test Operator, Engineering Technician, Validation Technician, Field Technician, or similar role.
