Test Lead - P&C Enterprise Transformation

• About the job:
• We are seeking a Test Lead to support large-scale transformation programs by defining and driving end-to-end testing strategy. This role requires a strong leader who can articulate the value of testing, influence scope and quality decisions, and lead cross-functional testing teams across multiple disciplines.
• What you will do at

• + Define and implement end-to-end testing strategy aligned to program objectives + Lead testing across functional, automation, performance, and data workstreams + Influence test scope, priorities, and risk-based quality decisions across the program + Build and manage a balanced testing team with the right mix of skills and capabilities + Communicate testing strategy, progress, and risks to stakeholders and program leadership + Establish testing frameworks, governance, and best practices for scalable delivery •What you will bring:•+ Experience leading testing for large-scale or enterprise transformation programs + Strong expertise across functional, automation, performance, and data testing + Ability to develop and communicate testing strategy and drive quality outcomes + Experience building and leading cross-functional and distributed testing teams + Strong stakeholder management and communication skills •

Education:

• + Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $112,000 - $140,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
