This is a hands-on, active role that combines industrial laundry operations with high-attention detail work like professional finishing and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities:

Operate industrial washers and dryers to clean clothing and fabrics according to specific restoration protocols. Perform professional ironing, steaming, and folding to ensure items are returned to the customer in pristine condition. Carefully package restored clothing and textiles to prevent damage and prepare them for delivery. Manage the transport and processing of fragile or high-value items with extreme care. Accurately log and track all items through an inventory management system to ensure nothing is lost or misplaced.

Education:

High School Experience:

Previous experience in restoration, professional laundry/dry cleaning preferred. Ability to spot stains, damage, or specific fabric needs; high standards for folding and presentation. Ability to lift 30-40 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a physically active environment. A positive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends) when necessary.
