Therapist - Day Time PHP (W-2 Full Time) & Evening IOP (Independent Contractor)

Schedule:

Mon, Wed, Thurs evenings; optional daytime hours (8-12)

Compensation:

Contractor rate based on experience and flexibility. Full time rate based on experience. We're seeking a licensed or license‑eligible therapist to facilitate groups in our Evening Intensive Outpatient Program and a Full time therapist to help facilitate day time PHP groups. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, professionalism, and the ability to support adults in a structured, recovery‑focused setting.

Responsibilities include:

Leading evidence‑based group therapy sessions Completing timely, clinically appropriate documentation Collaborating with the treatment team to support continuity of care Maintaining ethical, trauma‑informed practice and strong boundaries

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a behavioral health field Active GA license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LMSW) or license‑eligible Experience with SUD, co‑occurring disorders, or group facilitation preferred

Pay:

$62,815.90 - $75,649.26 per year
