What You Will Do Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team to create individualized care plans Build positive, healthy relationships that encourage growth and resilience Teach and model coping strategies, relapse prevention, and emotional regulation Support residents in articulating thoughts, feelings, and experience Partner with guardians and outside agencies to ensure continuity of care Respond effectively to crisis situations with compassion and professionalism Maintain documentation, reports, and treatment progress records What We Are Looking For Licensed or license-eligible therapist with experience in trauma-informed care Passion for serving youth and families Commitment to Ranch Hope's mission and values Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits Salary:

Starting $60,000
