Contract Pay:

https://www.facebook.com/TheNextChapterLLP/ Position Overview We are currently seeking five licensed or license-eligible mental health and substance use disorder professionals to provide individual, group, and family counseling services in a supportive private practice setting. This role is ideal for compassionate clinicians who are committed to ethical, client-centered care and long-term recovery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy services Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Support clients in setting and achieving personal recovery goals Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Develop continuing care and discharge plans Serve as an initial point of contact for behavioral health concerns Participate in crisis intervention as needed Maintain readiness for first aid and CPR (training provided) Qualifications Master's degree Active Kentucky licensure or associate/pre-license status required, including:
LPCC, LPCA LCSW, CSW LPA
