Therapist - Mental Health & Family Wellness Services

Job Summary Shatter Health is seeking experienced, emotionally intelligent, and polished licensed clinicians to join our growing mental health and family wellness practice. This role is ideal for clinicians who are deeply ethical, highly discreet, and comfortable supporting culturally diverse clients. Clinicians must be able to provide personalized, evidence-based care while maintaining clear therapeutic boundaries, excellent documentation, sound clinical judgment, and the highest standards of confidentiality. We are seeking clinicians who can deliver clinically serious behavioral health care with warmth, polish, and exceptional judgment. Therapists will provide therapy, assessment, and wellness-informed clinical support to individuals, couples, adolescents, and families concierge model emphasizing responsiveness, continuity, privacy, and collaborative care. We have immediate openings for Delaware licensed counselors (LPC), social workers (LISW, LICSW), and psychologists (LP). Responsibilities Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, adolescents, and families Conduct mental health assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic care Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, burnout, family conflict, addiction and recovery, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges Conduct clinically appropriate risk assessments and safety planning when indicated Recognize when a client requires psychiatric care, a higher level of care, specialized treatment, or outside referral Maintain clear therapeutic boundaries within a compassionate and collaborative care model Maintain timely, accurate, and ethically sound clinical documentation Participate in care coordination and case consultation Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, Experience Master's or doctorate degree in social work, counseling, and/or psychology Required to be a licensed mental health professional in Delaware able to practice independently Required experience with completing diagnostic assessments/intake evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes LGBTQIA+ affirming perspective required Commitment to culturally competent care, cultural humility, and lifelong learning Clinicians who speak more than one language strongly encouraged to apply Preferred areas of expertise include: LGBTQ focused and friendly Gender Affirming Care CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT, PE, or other evidence-based treatment modalities Trauma-informed therapy Family systems therapy Couples therapy Executive mental health and performance psychology Addiction and recovery Adolescent mental health EMDR, when supported by strong broader clinical training Somatic or nervous-system-informed approaches, when clinically grounded We value clinicians with depth of training, strong evidence-based foundations, and the ability to integrate personalized care without drifting into unsupported or poorly bounded wellness practices.

Pay:

$100.00 - $300.00 per hour
