Job description Adelphi is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide school-based services for students within a school district in Scappoose, Oregon. The Occupational Therapist will deliver services aligned with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) using a primarily consultative, classroom-based (push-in) model. Compensation:
$65 per hour Requirements Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license in good standing. Pediatric experience required; school-based experience preferred. Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based service delivery. Ability to provide consultative and push-in services within classrooms. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals. Deliver services primarily through a consultative model, not pull-out therapy. Provide push-in support within classrooms, assisting students in real-time learning environments. Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and staff to implement strategies and accommodations. Evaluate student needs and contribute to service planning and eligibility. Provide training and consultation to staff on therapeutic strategies. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reporting. Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions. Ensure compliance with FERPA and all applicable regulations. Provide all services on-site only (no teletherapy). Perform other duties as assigned.
