• Masters Degree in Social Work (or other related field)
• Must be eligible for Licensure (CSW, LPCA, etc.) (applicants looking to schedule there CSW may still apply)
• Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance Responsibilities of In Home Substance Abuse Counselor
• Ensure compliance with contract guidelines
• Completing face-to-face intake
• Provide screening and assessment services
