GRACE C MAE ADVOCATE CENTER IS HIRING SEVERAL THERAPISTS AND COUNSELORS

The private practice model of pay means you are working for yourself, and we are simply here to support you in the adventure of building your reputation. Collectively, we all work for the mission to offer hope and help people find solutions to their unique and complex problems. Individually, you can build your own area of expertise and treatment delivery practice. We provide you with coaching, marketing and administrative support—freeing you to focus on treating your clients and collecting a paycheck. We offer a buy-in option to benefits, and make a monthly contribution to those benefits for full-time clinical staff. Competitive market pay, clinical oversight, consultation, training options, and liability coverage are included with every position. (We have openings at each location - Marshalltown, Marengo, Cedar Rapids, Washington and all locations have a waiting list to start your case load!) We do not employ therapists or providers who work in the same position at another agency. We expect our clinical providers to only provide therapy services through our agency due to the potential for conflicts of interest or dual roles. This position is full-time with up to 30 days paid training time. Pay when full case load established: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Master's level degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or other therapy related field Active License with the State of Iowa. Fully licensed or temporary licensed providers welcome to apply. Self-motivated, flexible, & dedicated Able to work on an individual basis, as well as part of a team, to develop and implement treatment plans Able to problem solve effectively and efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective time management skills Must have knowledge and adequate computer skills for the purposes of documentation, email, research, data collection, etc. Must be able to learn billing software
