Manufacturing facility in Pennsauken, NJ. We are looking for workers who are able to commit to a full-time schedule during our first shift (7am-4pm). Thread Roll Operator Essential Responsibilities Set up and operate a variety of Thread rolling machines in a cell structure within a department. Reed A22 Waterbury Flat Die Maintain a clean, safe work area. Properly load material into machine. Must read and understand layouts, job packets and blueprints for parts being run. Provide accurate inventory counts at all times and keep tooling in appropriate storage areas Inspect parts using micrometers, pitch mics, ring gages, tri-roll, and related inspection instruments. Selects, installs, and adjusts threading dies, steady rests, pressure tripping mechanism, cams, gears, and pulleys. Must be familiar working with stainless, carbon steel, titanium, Inconel, and many other exotic materials. Must know how to work from blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions. Verifies dimensions of work pieces with specifications, using single element gauges and ring gauges. Inspects and measures parts to maintain quality part throughout production using sample plans.

Thread Roll Operator Qualifications Position Requirements:

High school, or equivalent

Skills/Abilities/Competencies:

Ability to perform a sequence of operations under minimum supervision and consistently maintain the performance levels set for quality and quantity.

Thread Rolling:

3 years (Preferred) Ability to plan effectively and execute the plans Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Thread Roll Operator Physical/Work Environments Worker will be working in a machine shop setting. Worker must be able to lift 45 pounds. Worker must be able to stand throughout duration of their shift.
