You'll be at the heart of guest services at The Depot and On-Mountain Sales locations, handling lift tickets, season passes, adventure activities, event tickets, and more. In this fast-paced role, you'll work as part of a dynamic team with comprehensive resort knowledge, guiding guests through their experience like a Swiss Army knife.
Job Responsibilities:
Sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products through various sales systems. Provide exceptional guest service with knowledgeable and positive interactions. Guide guests through their vacation experience with recommendations and resort information. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, including the appearance of On Mountain Sales locations. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including money drops. Ensure proper inventory and supply levels. Participate in pre-shift, department, and resort meetings as needed.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience:
