TIG Welder

Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced TIG Welders for projects located in or around Durham, NC . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-$30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and/or aluminum materials Welding pipe, tubing, structural components, and fabricated assemblies Reading and interpreting blueprints, isometric drawings, and weld symbols Preparing materials for welding including cutting, grinding, beveling, and fitting Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications Maintaining a safe and organized work environment Operating hand tools, grinders, torches, and fabrication equipment Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of TIG welding experience preferred Experience with pipe welding and stainless systems strongly preferred Ability to pass a weld test Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings Familiarity with industrial or commercial construction environments Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
