TIG Welder - Stainless Steel (Food-Grade Equipment) Clean Shop | Climate Controlled | Great Benefits 1st and 2nd shift - Will pay up to $33/hr. We're hiring a TIG Welder to join a growing team that builds high‑quality stainless steel equipment for the food industry. This is a hands-on welding role in a modern, well‑lit, climate‑controlled facility with strong long‑term opportunity. What You'll Be Doing TIG weld stainless steel, food‑grade process equipment (about 80% welding / 20% assembly) Weld and assemble stainless steel pipe and pipe components (acid‑resistant materials) Perform manual, pulsed, and mechanized TIG welding Read and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings Enter and exit tanks or vessels as required (non‑claustrophobic work) Perform in‑process quality checks to meet food‑industry standards Complete basic documentation and rework paperwork Participate in 5S / continuous improvement activities Cross‑train and develop additional skills over time Work Environment Exceptionally clean and well‑lit facility Climate controlled year‑round Organized workflow with clear quality standards Team‑oriented culture focused on safety and improvement Apply Now! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mayer, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
