Tile Showroom Manager & Designer

We are seeking a highly organized, design-minded, client-focused Tile Showroom Manager to lead daily showroom operations, elevate the customer experience, and help drive sales growth. This is not a traditional retail role — this is an opportunity to become part of a luxury design and construction environment built around bespoke craftsmanship and premium materials. Position Overview The Tile Showroom Manager will oversee all showroom operations including client experience, sample management, vendor coordination, sales support, merchandising, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is equal parts organized operator, relationship builder, and design enthusiast. Responsibilities Showroom Leadership & Operations Manage day-to-day showroom operations and maintain an elevated client experience Open and close showroom as required Ensure showroom displays, sample boards, and merchandising are pristine and current Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the showroom Create systems and processes for showroom efficiency and accountability Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client consultations Sales & Client Experience Assist homeowners, designers, architects, and builders with tile selections and product education Guide clients through the design process while maintaining a consultative, luxury experience Support and collaborate with the sales team on estimates, follow-ups, and project coordination Build and maintain long-term relationships with trade professionals and repeat clients Help generate showroom sales opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives Sample & Inventory Management Oversee tile sample checkout systems and enforce sample return policies Track and organize all sample inventory Coordinate ordering of vendor samples and display materials Manage marble and specialty sample requests with accountability systems in place Maintain accurate records of sample movement and showroom inventory Vendor & Project Coordination Coordinate with tile manufacturers and vendors regarding orders, lead times, and displays Assist with tracking client orders and communicating updates Support project coordination between showroom, warehouse, installers, and clients Help troubleshoot issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Marketing & Brand Support Assist with showroom events, designer outreach, and brand initiatives Support social media content and project photography coordination Uphold the luxury identity and artisan-driven culture of The Tile Studio Qualifications 3+ years experience in showroom management, interior design, luxury retail, tile, kitchen & bath, or construction-related sales Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects simultaneously Design-oriented mindset with strong aesthetic awareness Professional demeanor and polished presentation Experience with tile, stone, interior finishes, or construction products preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/order management systems Self-motivated with strong follow-through and accountability Preferred Traits Passion for architecture, interior design, and craftsmanship Strong problem-solving ability Team-oriented attitude Ability to create systems and improve operations Detail obsessed Comfortable working with high-end clientele and custom projects Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses available Paid vacation and holidays Growth opportunity within a rapidly growing luxury tile and design company Opportunity to work on some of the region's most beautiful residential projects Why Join The Tile Studio?
