Tire and Lube Technician

Qualifications Needed:

Good Communication Skills Ability to understand and carry out instructions Basic technology skills and be able to make accurate records Proven work experience as a lube and tire tech Experience in vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus Must be problem-solving and have extraordinary attention to detail Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including farm machinery, forklifts, and vehicles Job Duties & Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and replace defective or worn parts Travel to worksites to repair equipment Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and semi trucks to prevent breakdowns Maintain logs and other information tracking of work performed Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or customers Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

1 year preferred but we are willing to train someone with strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment repair and vehicle maintenance. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
