Tire and Lube Technician

Davis Tire & Auto of Phenix City is now hiring! Part of the Davis Tire Group, we are now up to 15 locations and are the fastest growing independent tire dealer in the region and will have plenty of upward mobility opportunities for motivated candidates. DUTIES

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services on vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance or repair needs
• Rotate and balance tires, and perform tire services as needed
• Complete basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels and replacing bulbs
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform various automotive services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Alignment experience is a plus but not required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a tire technician is required
• Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive service role is preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required

Additionally, your strong customer service skills will enhance client satisfaction, while your ability to handle heavy lifting will support the physical demands of the role.
