Tire Technician Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and vehicle maintenance, with hands-on experience in tire service and related tasks. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles through tire installation, maintenance, and repair. Duties Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various vehicles. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tire service tasks. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes and brake inspections. Diagnose issues related to tires and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements. Assist customers with tire selection based on their needs and vehicle specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in tire service techniques and knowledge of automotive repair principles. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in tire maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
