Responsibilities:

Supervise daily tire and lube operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision. Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on vehicles for optimal performance. Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols. Manage and order supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. Stay updated on industry trends and new products to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus. 3+ years of experience in tire and lube services or related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in automotive services.
