Title Clerk - Receptionist

Job Summary Route One Auto is currently looking for a full-time Title Clerk with dealership experience to join our growing team. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and experienced in handling automotive title and registration work.

Job Duties Include:

Processing vehicle titles and registrations Issuing and managing temporary tags Preparing dealer packets and DMV paperwork Verifying title status and lien releases Handling payoffs and title transfers Maintaining accurate records and files Working with customers, banks, and DMV offices Assisting sales staff with deal paperwork

Requirements:

✔ Previous dealership title clerk experience

REQUIRED

✔ Knowledge of Florida DMV/title procedures ✔ Experience with temp tags and registration processing ✔ Strong attention to detail ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✔ Professional communication skills ✔ Dealertrack experience is a plus We are looking for someone who can start immediately and become a long-term part of our team.

Pay:

$18.00 - $27.13 per hour
