What You'll Do:

Assist customers with a wide variety of DMV-related services, including vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, plates, and more Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in compliance with PennDOT regulations Communicate clearly and kindly with customers — both in person and over the phone Maintain organized records and files in accordance with company and state guidelines Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer payments Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced office environment, where multitasking is a must

Training & Growth Opportunities:

Cross-training available across four divisions: Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance, and Pack & Send Opportunity to obtain your insurance license if you're interested in exploring a sales or customer advisor path Notary Public certification is required within the first 90 days (we'll help you get certified — if you're already a Notary, even better!) Who You Are:

Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn Able to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy Detail-oriented and organized — you enjoy checking boxes and getting things right the first time Comfortable working with computers and handling paperwork Ready to grow with a company that invests in its people Preferred (but not required): Prior experience in a customer service, dealership, notary, or DMV-related role Notary Public certification Bilingual or multilingual

Minimum Requirements:

1+ year of customer service experience Valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check Ability to obtain Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire Why Work With Us?
