In Home Sales Position - $80k-$160k plus yearly

Install America is growing, and we are looking for an experienced sales professional to run pre-set, qualified, inbound leads and close sales. We are one of the top companies in the area -- enjoying a 70% presentation ratio. This is a real opportunity to earn over six figures per year (over 50% of our reps made over $100k in 2022) for those that have or can develop the skills and talent to participate in this booming industry. Our professional salespeople demonstrate strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills as well as high proficiency working with software and a tablet.

Our most successful salespeople have:

A strong desire to be highly successful. A willingness and commitment to learn our step-by-step, proven sales process. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Are comfortable and ready to assume a 100% commissioned based compensation after initial paid training period. Construction experience and knowledge is a plus, but not at all required.
