Duties Develop and implement fun, safe, and age-appropriate ballet curricula tailored specifically for toddlers. Lead lively ballet classes that incorporate basic dance techniques, movement exploration, and creative expression. Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement strategies to ensure a supportive learning environment. Plan engaging lesson plans that integrate elements of theater, movement, and early childhood education principles. Use photography and video to document student progress and create memorable keepsakes for families. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate student progress and provide guidance on at-home activities. Incorporate elements of childcare, preschool experience, and behavior management to support each child's individual needs. Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education or preschool settings. Strong background in ballet instruction, with knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for toddlers. Experience managing classrooms with diverse behaviors using effective behavior management techniques. Familiarity with teaching methods related to special education or children with unique learning needs is a plus. Skills in theater arts, dancing, and creative movement to enhance class engagement. Knowledge of culinary arts or cooking is beneficial for integrating sensory activities into lessons. Ability to utilize photography or videography to capture developmental milestones and classroom moments.
