Responsibilities:

Curriculum Implementation:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the daycare's curriculum. Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive activities.

Child Guidance:

Provide a supportive and nurturing atmosphere to encourage positive behavior. Address the individual needs and developmental milestones of each child. Implement positive discipline strategies to encourage self-regulation.

Communication:

Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily updates and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues and attend staff meetings to ensure a cohesive educational approach.

Safety and Hygiene:

Ensure the safety and well-being of toddlers in the classroom. Implement proper hygiene routines, including diaper changing, potty training, and teaching self-help skills.

Environment Enhancement:

Create a stimulating and organized classroom environment that promotes exploration and discovery. Utilize age-appropriate materials to facilitate learning through play.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting. Knowledge of early childhood development principles. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
